1. Scope
Tiviverse is an IPTV player. It lets you connect an IPTV service account and play content supplied by the provider you choose. [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us") operates the Tiviverse app and this website.
2. Information processed by the app
IPTV connection information
When you add a profile, you provide an IPTV server address, username and password. The app stores these credentials on your device using the operating system's secure storage where available. They are sent to the IPTV provider you selected solely to authenticate and retrieve the provider's catalog, guide and playback information. We do not operate or control that IPTV provider.
On-device app data
The app stores profiles, settings, favorites, watch progress, catalog cache and diagnostics on your device to provide its features. You can remove a profile from the app. Removing the final profile clears the active local connection credentials. Cached data may be removed through the app's normal data-management controls or by deleting the app.
Optional metadata services
When metadata is available, the app may request public film, television or person metadata from services such as TMDB, Wikidata and TVMaze. Requests can include a title or person name needed to find the selected metadata. These services process requests under their own privacy terms.
Advertising
The free version may display Google Mobile Ads. Google and its partners may process device, diagnostic and advertising-related information to deliver, measure, limit fraud and improve ads. Consent choices are requested where required by law. Tiviverse requests non-personalized ads in the app; however, your advertising choices and the advertising provider's own policies may affect processing. Support
If you use the in-app support form, Tiviverse opens your email application with the message you choose and basic device details such as device model, operating-system version and app version. We receive only the information you send to [SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS].
3. How information is used
- to connect to the IPTV provider and play requested content;
- to retain your local preferences and viewing progress;
- to provide optional metadata and support;
- to show and measure advertising in the free version; and
- to comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
4. Sharing
Information is shared only with the services needed for the feature you use: your chosen IPTV provider, your email provider when you send support email, optional metadata providers, and Google Mobile Ads. We do not sell IPTV credentials.
5. Retention and deletion
Most app data remains on your device until you delete it, remove a profile, or uninstall the app. Support emails are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request and meet legal obligations. Your IPTV provider controls retention of its own account and service data; contact that provider directly for deletion requests.
6. Your choices
You can choose not to add an IPTV profile, disable notifications in the app, remove a profile, reset advertising consent where available, or contact us about privacy questions. The app does not create a separate Tiviverse streaming account.
