Please include the app version, device model, operating-system version, the affected screen and steps that reproduce the problem. Do not send your IPTV password by email.

Subscription help

Apple handles billing, cancellations and refunds for purchases made through the App Store. Open Tiviverse and choose Manage Subscription, or visit your Apple Account subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases in the app when moving to a new device or reinstalling.

IPTV provider access

Tiviverse is a player and does not issue IPTV credentials. For server access, channel availability or account questions, contact your IPTV provider.
