Terms of Use
1. The app
Tiviverse is a media player provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. It does not provide television channels, movies, series, IPTV subscriptions or content. You are responsible for the IPTV service credentials and content sources you add.
2. Content rights
You may use Tiviverse only with content you are authorized to access. You must not use the app to infringe copyright, circumvent access controls, or stream content that violates applicable law. We may suspend support for use that appears unlawful.
3. Premium purchases
Tiviverse may offer Premium through Apple In-App Purchase. Available plans are displayed with current store pricing in the app. Monthly and yearly Premium plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. The lifetime plan is a one-time non-consumable purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Eligibility for trials or promotional offers is determined by Apple. Restore purchases is available in the app.
4. Free version and ads
The free version may include advertising. Premium removes ads in supported mobile app surfaces and unlocks the Premium tools shown in the app. Your IPTV provider's own charges are separate from Tiviverse Premium.
5. Third-party services
IPTV providers, metadata providers, external players and advertising services are independent third parties. Their services, availability and terms are outside our control.
6. Availability and updates
We may update the app to improve security, compatibility or features. Playback quality depends on your device, connection and content provider. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided without a guarantee that every third-party stream will remain available.
